In this section, the super admin can change the admin type and control actions to the property/properties.

To edit an admin, you do the following:

  1. Click ‘Manage Admin’ under ‘Admin’
  2. Click ‘Edit’ to the selected admin

Super admin can do the following to the invited admin:

  • Change Admin Type: You can change to three types of admin:
    • View Only Admin: View only permission
    • Regular Admission: Full or restricted permission
    • Super Admin: Full permission

After selecting the admin type, click ‘Update’.

For ‘View Only Admin’:

  • Permissions: There are two columns under permissions:
    • Not permitted: All the actions are disabled by default
    • Permitted: Only ‘View’ actions are permitted. You can transfer actions by selecting and clicking on the arrows under ‘Filter’. Then click ‘Update Permissions’.
  • Permitted Properties:
    • Select property/properties from the drop-down
    • Click ‘Update Permitted Properties’

For ‘Regular Admin’:

  • Permissions: There are two columns under permissions:
    • Not permitted: Many actions are listed here. You can transfer actions to ‘Permitted’ by selecting and clicking on the arrows under ‘Filter’.
    • Permitted: Some ‘View’, ‘Add’, ’Edit’ actions are listed. You can transfer actions by selecting and clicking on the arrows under ‘Filter’. Then click ‘Update Permissions’.
  • Permitted Properties:
    • Select property/properties from the drop-down
    • Click ‘Update Permitted Properties’

For ‘Super Admin’:

  • Permissions: There are two columns under permissions:
    • Not permitted: No action is listed here.
    • Permitted: All actions are listed. You can transfer one or more actions to ‘Not Permitted’ by selecting and clicking on the arrows under ‘Filter’. Then click ‘Update Permissions’.
  • Permitted Properties: By default, super admin has permissions over all the properties
