In this page, you can edit the details of a vendor.

To edit the details of a vendor, you do the following:

  1. Click ‘Manage Vendor’ under ‘Vendor’
  2. Click ‘Edit’ of the selected vendor

There are three main sections:

  1. Profile:
  • Business Name: The name of the business
  • First Name: The first name
  • Last Name: The last name
  • Email: The email address
  • Primary Phone: The primary phone number of the vendor
  • Secondary Phone: The secondary phone number of the vendor
  • Service Tax Number: The service tax number
  • Specialities: The specialities of the vendor
  • Service Area: The service area of the vendor
  • Approve this Vendor: The vendor will only be available in this portal if the status is approved
  1. Address (Mailing/Billing):
  • Mailing Address:
    1. Address
    2. Country
    3. Province
    4. City
    5. Postal Code
  • Billing Address:
    1. Address
    2. Country
    3. Province
    4. City
    5. Postal Code
  1. Documents: Upload vendor documents.

After editing is done, click ‘Update’. To cancel, click ‘Cancel’.
