Let me understand this MPAC does the property value assessment and then determines the average cost of a home in a municipal city then that number is given to the cities municipal government and the average cost of a home is determined by the number they were given by MPAC and when its time for property taxes the cities municipal government uses that number to tax the city so if MPAC says the average assessed value of a home is $800,000 the cities municipal government determines the tax rate off that number? Please email me I need to know the answer thank you

If the landlord is granted a rent increase above the guidelines, is the granted new % amount applied to the last months rent deposit? Or only what the guideline is?? I’m trying to figure out what my last months rent is at… been here 10years. And they were granted twice so far and Jan 2024 will be 3 times above guidelines…

My landlord increase 5.5%for jan 2025. Also he requested removed the snow for 22 feet side walk. Plus i in treatment for heart issues. The snowremoval was done by him last year. If i do. He charge me 260$
